You'll perform maintenance and repair of student housing properties and ensure safety and functionality of all buildings and equipment. You'll work in a fast-paced collegiate environment serving residents with superior customer service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to maintenance and repair service requests timely
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and prepare apartments for turnover
• Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical lighting repairs
• Document work performed and parts used daily

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand 8 hours per day and lift up to 100 lbs
• Knowledge of safety procedures and flexible schedule for emergencies
