💼 About This Role

You'll support the launch and adoption of a robotic surgical technology for BPH treatment, partnering with surgeons and clinical teams to ensure safe procedures. You'll drive new account onboarding and cultivate relationships with clinical staff to enable program success. This role offers a foundational experience in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a rapidly scaling company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support system launch and procedural success across assigned accounts.
• Train surgeons and OR staff on system setup and workflow.
• Track surgeon progression through onboarding milestones.
• Assist Territory Managers in sales planning and account development.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years in medical device sales or B2B background.
• 75% travel required, primarily domestic.
• Achieve clinical proficiency independently within 60 days of training.
