💼 About This Role

You'll lead pricing ML within Rosso, tem's core transaction infrastructure, building a platform that proactively drives growth by targeting the right customers at the right time. You'll own the technical direction and deliver measurable commercial impact through ML-driven price optimization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical strategy and roadmap for pricing ML
• Design and implement ML models for dynamic price optimization
• Develop probabilistic models for imbalance risk management
• Bridge modelling and production with software engineers and MLOps

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience building ML systems for pricing or revenue optimization in production
• Strong foundation in stochastic optimization and probabilistic modeling
• First-principles reasoning to choose the right mathematical approach
• Production-grade Python and engineering craft across the full ML lifecycle
