Description

As a Remote Licensed Therapist with Headspace, you will provide virtual therapy sessions to patients using a HIPAA-compliant platform. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with health coaches and psychiatrists, and focus on delivering high-quality, measurement-based care. Your role includes completing clinical notes within 48 hours and maintaining an up-to-date schedule.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples or families
• Independent clinical license at Master or Doctoral level in good standing
• BC-TMH credential if required by state
• Ability to offer at least 10 sessions per week with flexible availability
• Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness) and measurement-based care

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, innovative teletherapy via HIPAA-compliant video conferencing
• Complete, sign, and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours
• Maintain personalized database for licensure and personal information
• Keep availability calendar up to date
• Work with collaborative care team including health coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists
