You will own backend features end-to-end, from design to production, and contribute to a modern Kotlin-based microservices ecosystem that powers core financial products. This role offers strong ownership across the full development lifecycle with direct visibility into user impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own backend features end-to-end from design to production.
• Develop and enhance Kotlin-based services for core financial products.
• Design scalable and reliable distributed systems.
• Collaborate within a small cross-functional team to deliver frequent improvements.
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and improve engineering practices.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and systems design knowledge.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable distributed systems in production.
• Proficiency with Kotlin or similar modern backend languages.

• Experience with gRPC, Postgres, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
