💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the analytical engine behind HighLevel's product financial strategy, translating product and usage data into insights on product performance and KPI impact. You'll write queries, structure datasets, and build scalable frameworks that give product leads a trusted view of how trends and behavior drive financial outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product finance analytics infrastructure and data models
• Maintain product KPI definitions for ARR, GRR, NRR, and retention
• Design and measure product experiments with financial impact analysis
• Conduct deep analytical dives into product trends and drivers

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years total or 6+ years in FP&A, Data Analytics, or hybrid role in SaaS
• Advanced SQL proficiency
• Experience with data warehouses like Snowflake and product analytics
• Hands-on experience designing and measuring A/B tests

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI
• Experience conducting open-ended analytical investigations
