• Manage end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects
• Build and maintain project plans covering scope, timelines, risks
• Track progress and provide regular status reporting
• Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for customer projects

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in project management for enterprise SaaS
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience using project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet

• PMP, Agile or Scrum certification (CSM or equivalent)
• Experience with pricing, CPQ, or enterprise commercial systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
