You will lead payment risk operations for Roblox's DevEx team, processing high-value payments, investigating suspicious activity, and collaborating cross-functionally to safeguard the creator economy.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in payments, risk, or compliance
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools (Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets)
• Deep understanding of AML, KYC/CIP regulations
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process and approve high-value payments through Tipalti
• Investigate anomalous money movements and money laundering activities
• Implement and operationalize risk rules
• Generate actionable analysis on emerging threats
• Manage and verify tax documentation (W-8/W-9) for domestic and international payees
