💼 About This Role

You'll join our IT & Security team providing frontline technical support for users across multiple locations. You'll manage day-to-day IT support, access provisioning, and onboarding/offboarding in a fast-growing deep-tech startup. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern cloud technologies and participate in IT and security projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1st/2nd line support for hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Microsoft EntraID.
• Coordinate IT onboarding/offboarding and device lifecycle management.
• Support IT and security projects and document procedures.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and ticketing systems.
• Based in or near Eindhoven.

✨ Nice to Have

• Linux experience (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Jira/Confluence, and ITIL Foundation.
• Knowledge of security best practices or startup/tech environment experience.
