Description

You will lead the European GI oncology medical strategy, preparing for upcoming launches by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific excellence, patient-centricity, and compliance.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD) in medical/scientific area
• 15+ years relevant experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry focused on Medical Affairs
• Strong scientific background in oncology with understanding of biomarker-driven disease
• Regional cross-functional in-house experience
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, communicate complex scientific information

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Regional GI medical strategy
• Act as strategic partner to Global Medical Affairs, R&D, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory
• Oversee European Medical input into clinical development, real-world evidence, publication strategy
• Guide scientific exchange activities including advisory boards, congress strategy, medical education
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, pharmacovigilance, medical governance requirements
