Description

In this role, you will build and maintain the operational infrastructure for Merge's 300+ integration partnerships, automating manual processes and coordinating cross-functionally to enable scaling from 300 to 500+ integrations. You'll own systems for credential management, sandbox upkeep, and partner workflows, serving as the central point between engineering, support, and partner teams.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in partner operations, technical program management, or business operations at a SaaS company
• Track record of building systems and processes that replaced manual work
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple concurrent workstreams
• Comfort with technical concepts (APIs, credentials, sandboxes, integration architectures)
• Experience managing vendor/partner relationships and cross-functional operating processes

Responsibilities

• Own operational infrastructure for 300+ integration partnerships (credential management, sandbox upkeep, partner access)
• Build systems and automations to eliminate manual recurring tasks
• Coordinate between engineering, support, customer success, and partner teams to route and resolve escalations
• Drive end-to-end partnership workflows (contract, NDA, onboarding, production)
• Lead partner API migration projects managing timelines and dependencies
