📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing or lifecycle marketing in fintech/crypto/marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of P2P trading ecosystems and marketplace dynamics.
• Proven track record scaling user growth and improving activation rates.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Braze, CleverTap, or OneSignal.
