Requirements

• PhD in virology, epidemiology, microbiology, public health, or closely related field
• Peer-reviewed publications or applied research on viral transmission
• Experience in outbreak response or infection prevention
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Ability to work independently and document failure modes

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on real-world viral transmission scenarios and theoretical questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
