You'll manage a portfolio of middle market clients with revenues up to $500M, helping them grow through credit solutions and relationship-driven guidance. You'll partner with internal teams to deliver tailored banking solutions and strengthen long-term partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and grow a portfolio of middle market clients
• Identify strategic prospects and deepen existing relationships
• Negotiate loan terms and structure credit facilities
• Monitor credit quality and ensure compliance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• 6+ years experience in commercial credit or lending
• Proven ability to attract and manage commercial banking relationships
