You'll lead supply chain sourcing for transformers and electrical infrastructure at a company powering the AI era. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and manage procurement of power and distribution transformers
• Negotiate supply agreements including pricing, warranties, and terms
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for electrical components
• Manage supplier performance, corrective actions, and risk mitigation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years supply chain or procurement experience
• Strong understanding of transformer technologies and grid infrastructure
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Transformer, substation, or power systems experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEEE/IEC standards
• Experience with should-cost modeling and TCO analysis
