You'll lead launch excellence and drive system adoption for PROCEPT Robotic Systems in a strategically important territory. You'll build surgeon champions and deepen hospital partnerships to expand Aquablation as a standard of care. This role offers the chance to shape market growth in a high-growth MedTech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption in high-opportunity hospitals
• Partner with Marketing and Clinical Specialists to onboard and train new physicians
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth
• Build surgeon champions and KOL relationships to accelerate market penetration

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years in medical sales
• Startup or strategic sales experience in high-growth MedTech
• Ability to travel upwards to 75%
