You'll join Proper, an AI-first accounting service for property managers, handling daily accounting operations like bank reconciliations and financial statements. You'll ensure accuracy and quality in AP, AR, and bank reconciliations for real estate clients. This role offers the chance to work remotely in Colombia for a San Francisco-based tech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process bank reconciliations with triple tie-outs
• Handle management fees, owner distributions, and financial statements
• Manage move-in/move-out processes and vendor onboarding
• Ensure quality of AP, AR, and bank reconciliations per SOPs

📋 Requirements

• Accounting bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Intermediate MS-Office or Google Suite
• Advanced English proficiency
