You'll design and manage incentive pay models for Sales and Post-Sales teams at Persona, a configurable identity platform. You'll own recurring comp review cycles and serve as the go-to for pay questions, ensuring data accuracy and timely payouts. This role sits at the intersection of Finance and GTM, reporting to the VP of Finance.

- Design and maintain incentive pay models for Sales and Post-Sales teams.
- Own recurring comp review cycles end-to-end.
- Coordinate with external comp consultant for systems configuration.
- Serve as go-to for inbound questions about pay and plan mechanics.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in finance, operations, accounting, or related analytical role.
- High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex models.
- Detail-oriented and accurate with sensitive data.
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling compensation data.
