🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop market-making strategies for the cryptocurrency exchange
• Provide order book depth and liquidity using in-house working capital
• Aggregate liquidity from other exchanges to minimize slippage
• Evaluate and execute digital currency transactions including hedging strategies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of quantitative trading experience
• Deep foundation in statistics and quantitative finance
• Proficient in Java, Golang, Python, C++ or similar
• Solid understanding of financial markets and liquidity concepts

• Experience with system construction and demand analysis
