You'll lead the global HR function for a fast-growing insurtech platform serving 8 million users across Southeast Asia and beyond. You'll directly shape hiring, performance, and people systems while working hands-on with founders and senior leaders. This role combines strategic impact with tactical execution in a flat, high-ownership culture.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end global HR including TA, HRBP, engagement, L&D, payroll, C&B, and operations
  • Personally lead critical hiring across technical, commercial, and corporate roles
  • Partner with founders on org design, workforce planning, performance management, and succession
  • Build practical performance management and development frameworks used by managers

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing international organization
  • Hands-on background operating at both strategic and execution levels
  • Experience across multiple countries including local entities and remote employees
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, C&B, payroll, and HR ops
