๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own SDR end-to-end strategy, playbooks, and performance metrics.
- Build and scale multi-channel outbound prospecting capabilities.
- Coach SDRs through pipeline reviews, call analysis, and live support.
- Optimize funnel analytics, forecasting, and reporting using CRM/BI tools.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Development or B2B sales, including 2+ years in SDR leadership.
- Proven ability to coach sales talent and improve conversion outcomes.
- Experience designing and executing outbound sales motions.
- Advanced CRM expertise (e.g., HubSpot) with workflow and reporting automation.
