  • Optimize funnel analytics, forecasting, and reporting using CRM/BI tools.

  • 5+ years in Sales Development or B2B sales, including 2+ years in SDR leadership.
  • Proven ability to coach sales talent and improve conversion outcomes.
  • Experience designing and executing outbound sales motions.
  • Advanced CRM expertise (e.g., HubSpot) with workflow and reporting automation.
