You'll lead the Identity Governance practice for a leading cybersecurity firm, overseeing delivery of IGA solutions to clients. You'll manage a team of consultants and architects, driving project success and business development. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead delivery of Identity Governance services including presales and implementation.
• Run client scoping workshops to design IGA solutions with defined scope and costs.
• Manage and mentor the Identity Governance practice team.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support cross-sell opportunities.
• Present solution proposals and progress updates to clients and executives.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
• Strong understanding of access reviews, role-based access control, and compliance reporting.
• Experience leading professional services engagements in IGA across multiple industries.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Saviynt or Oracle Identity Governance.
• Understanding of consulting financial metrics like utilization and profitability.
• Change management expertise for IGA solution adoption.
