Description

As a Psychotherapist at BlueSky Telepsych, you'll enjoy the autonomy to practice in the best interest of your patients within a supportive, team-based telehealth environment. You'll collaborate regularly with prescribers and other therapists to coordinate care, while building your caseload rapidly. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work from home.

Requirements

• Fully licensed as LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
• Open to licensing in alternative states
• Significant prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist preferred
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality telehealth psychotherapy to patients
• Collaborate actively in a team-based format with prescribers and other therapists
• Attend at least monthly staffing meetings to discuss patient cases or clinical topics
• Maintain clinical autonomy without corporate administrative interference
• Coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers
