You'll lead a global team focused on number purchasing, porting, and compliance for 22,000+ customers. You'll shape Aircall's number management strategy and drive operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a global team of 20 ICs, managers, and contractors.
• Build quarterly OKRs with Product, Carrier Relations, and Support Ops.
• Own customer escalations and maintain carrier partner relationships.
• Project manage KYC/compliance requests with Legal.
• Identify UX improvements and automation opportunities with Product.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Number Operations or Carrier Operations.
• 2+ years in a management role hiring and developing teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Zendesk and Carrier Portal solutions.
• Experience leading multiple cross-functional technical projects.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency with Looker and SQL.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
