🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach leaders on management skills and Radical Candor culture
• Build development, retention, and succession planning systems
• Optimize organizational structure to support scaling
• Scale employee lifecycle processes for Product & Engineering

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as People/Talent Partner or HR Specialist
• Experience scaling employee lifecycle processes
• Proficiency with HRMS like HiBob or PeopleForce
• Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English

• Experience facilitating team sessions for product/tech leaders
• People analytics skills to interpret HR metrics
