Description

You will own continuity of supply for copper and fiber cable harnessing on the Starlink program, collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage suppliers, and drive supplier quality and process improvements to deliver world-class products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Experience with copper or fiber harnessing or cable manufacturing
• Knowledge of supplier quality processes (PPAP, APQP, etc.)
• Knowledge of statistical techniques (SPC, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Willingness to travel 25-60% and work long hours

Responsibilities

• Own continuity of supply for copper and fiber cable harnessing on Starlink program
• Collaborate with design, R&D, supply chain, and production teams to manage suppliers
• Identify, audit, and onboard new suppliers
• Develop and implement supplier technical requirements and quality flow downs
• Drive supplier root cause failure analysis and corrective actions
