You'll manage key relationships with large veterinary practice groups to drive new business and deliver tailored insurance solutions for multi-location practices. This role is pivotal in advancing a national Veterinary Insurance Program and requires a strategic mindset to serve as a trusted advisor to executive teams. Your contributions will directly impact the growth of the veterinary sector initiatives.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and secure new national veterinary practice accounts through prospecting and networking.
- Lead presentations, proposals, and RFP responses for complex, multi-location accounts.
- Serve as senior point of contact for assigned key accounts, fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or production.
- Proven track record writing multi-state, multi-location accounts.
- Deep understanding of Property & Casualty lines and risk management.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license and ability to travel nationally.
