Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Finance or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in strategy, management consulting or related discipline with track record of leading complex initiatives
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
- Experience in travel or e-commerce is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and implement long-term strategies for sustainable growth
- Define and track KPIs to measure initiative impact
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders for cross-functional collaboration
