You'll lead infrastructure scaling and capacity programs at DigitalOcean, ensuring customer demand is met with efficient infrastructure. You'll operate at strategic and executional levels, partnering across Engineering, Product, Finance, and Data Center Operations. This high-impact role connects business priorities with technical execution to influence decisions at the highest levels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive large-scale infrastructure scaling and global capacity expansion programs.
• Plan and execute data center consolidation and resource optimization initiatives.
• Translate product growth into actionable capacity and infrastructure plans.
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering to align forecasting and investment strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management in cloud infrastructure, data centers, or distributed systems.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional programs with high business impact.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure systems (compute, storage, networking) and scaling.
• Experience with capacity planning or supply/demand management in a technical environment.
