You'll manage and close commercial real estate debt and equity transactions from engagement to closing. You'll act as a liaison between clients and capital sources, ensuring smooth deal execution. Oversee due diligence and coordinate with all transaction parties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage commercial real estate debt and equity transactions from engagement to closing.
• Review title documents, purchase agreements, and closing documents.
• Coordinate due diligence and correspond with clients, lenders, and other parties.
• Maintain document files and property database.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a title company, mortgage banker, or law firm.
• Familiarity with REAs, estoppel certificates, and leases.
