You'll lead the evolution of Jobber's Atlantis Design System, shaping components and patterns that scale across web and mobile. Your work will directly improve product consistency and accelerate team velocity. You'll collaborate at the intersection of design and engineering, driving quality and adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and refine components, interaction patterns, and design tokens
• Lead design system projects from concept through delivery
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and design excellence

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing and evolving design systems
• Deep expertise in interaction design, UI patterns, and visual design
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards
• Experience with Figma (components, tokens, auto-layout)

• Experience scaling a design system in a fast-growing multi-product environment
• Exposure to AI-assisted design or design-to-code workflows
