๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the DCC Tools domain as the primary technical expert supporting art teams. You'll consolidate and standardize Python-based tools and automation across Maya, 3DS Max, and Substance. This role bridges technical and artistic stakeholders in a fully remote, collaborative game development environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own DCC Tools domain supporting rigging, modeling, animation, and environment art teams.
- Define and maintain interfaces between pipeline engineering and art departments.
- Consolidate, standardize, and document DCC toolsets across Maya, 3DS Max, Substance Painter, and Photoshop.
- Develop and maintain Python-based tools and automation for content creation workflows.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Technical Art or Pipeline Engineering.
- Expert-level Python programming with OOP design principles.
- Strong experience with at least one major DCC tool (3DS Max or Substance Painter/Designer).
- Experience with production tracking systems integrated within DCC environments.

- Maya experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with asset export pipelines.
- Experience in the games industry.
