You'll assemble and integrate wire harnesses for autonomous surface vessels at a defense-focused startup. Your work directly impacts mission-critical systems. This role offers hands-on work with cutting-edge maritime technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Construct, route, and install wire harnesses from engineering schematics.
• Integrate harnesses into vessel components like propulsion and sensors.
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and compliance.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues during assembly and testing.

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in wire harness assembly including soldering and crimping.
• Experience in a similar manufacturing or engineering role.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

✨ Nice to Have

• IPC-620 WHMA certification.
• Soldering experience.
• Technical certification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
