You'll own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts at Radicle Health, a collection of human services software products. You'll drive pipeline through outbound prospecting and ABM campaigns, engaging multi-stakeholder buying processes in regulated industries. This role emphasizes data-driven sales execution using Gong and Salesforce to achieve measurable outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market accounts
  • Generate pipeline through targeted outreach and ABM campaigns
  • Engage executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders to build consensus
  • Leverage Gong to review calls and refine messaging
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and deliver accurate forecasts

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success selling into regulated industries with multi-stakeholder processes
  • Track record of building own pipeline through outbound prospecting and ABM
  • Mastery of structured sales methodology; SPICED preferred
