🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively scout and engage high-potential talent at campuses and events.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with potential candidates.
• Maintain evergreen talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders and act as a trusted advisor.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in relationship-driven talent acquisition or strategic recruiting.
• Experience with campus recruiting, passive sourcing, or competitive talent engagement.
• Comfort operating independently in an outbound, highly visible role.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to events and campuses.
