You'll lead radiopharmaceutical development for a fast-growing company, driving synthesis and analytical methods for novel cancer imaging and therapeutic agents. Your work will directly support late-clinical-stage products addressing significant unmet need. This role offers the chance to work across R&D and GMP environments with a highly innovative team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead complex experimental workstreams in radiopharmaceutical discovery and development.
  • Design and optimize novel bifunctional chelators and radiolabeled compounds.
  • Develop and validate advanced radioanalytical methods (radio-TLC, HPLC).
  • Mentor junior scientists and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • PhD + 5 years, MS + 6 years, or BS + 8 years of relevant industry or post-doctoral experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working with radioactive materials in R&D and/or GMP-adjacent environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in synthetic organic chemistry and radiochemistry.
  • Strong experience developing and applying radioanalytical methods (e.g., radio-TLC, HPLC).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Expertise in statistical experimental design (e.g., Six Sigma).
  • Experience leading project-level or workstream-level scientific initiatives.
  • Matrixed, fast-paced environment experience.
