💼 About This Role

You'll build Rogo's GTM enablement from the ground up, owning onboarding and readiness across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success. Your core impact is enabling teams to sell a complex AI platform to top financial institutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and run onboarding programs for new hires
  • Create enterprise sales playbooks and best practices
  • Enable product launches with field training and messaging
  • Equip frontline managers with coaching frameworks

📋 Requirements

  • 7–12+ years in GTM roles (Enablement, Sales, Customer Success)
  • Experience as a first or early enablement hire in a scaling company
  • Experience with complex enterprise B2B SaaS or applied AI products
  • Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business value
