💼 About This Role

You'll join the NYISO Legal department, providing legal assessments and drafting pleadings related to energy regulation. Your work will directly support NYISO's compliance program and governance processes. This role offers exposure to FERC and state regulatory proceedings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft pleadings for FERC and NYPSC filings
• Provide legal support to internal clients on governance matters
• Assist with compliance program issues including Code of Conduct
• Conduct legal research on energy laws and regulations

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in New York or ability to obtain
• 3 years of experience practicing before FERC or state commission
• Excellent academic credentials

• Experience at an ISO, RTO, or public utility
