You'll guide higher education clients in strengthening their advancement operations by implementing best practices and optimizing technology. You'll lead engagements such as serving as an Interim Advancement Director or directing CRM selection projects to help clients achieve their goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day leadership of advancement department staff.
• Oversee coordination of current advancement projects and priorities.
• Assess efficiency of advancement department and design training.
• Align policy, process, and personnel to leverage advancement solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a senior-level advancement professional in higher education.
• Experience with a modern fundraising CRM system (e.g., Ellucian CRM Advance, Raiser's Edge).
• Ability to assess operations and recommend process improvements.
• Leadership skills facilitating diverse groups and change management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM conversion or implementation.
• Familiarity with multiple advancement CRM platforms.
