💼 About This Role

You'll join a global open-source observability platform team, helping developers monitor applications and troubleshoot problems. You'll solve complex distributed systems issues, from debugging OpenTelemetry instrumentation to optimizing ClickHouse performance. This role blends deep technical work with direct customer engagement, offering a chance to build the customer engineering function from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Debug OpenTelemetry instrumentation issues for customers
• Optimize ClickHouse performance at scale
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes deployments and networking
• Create tooling and automation for customer and internal teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE
• Production Kubernetes experience
• Hands-on experience with observability tools (SigNoz, Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog)
• Programming skills in Go, Python, or JavaScript
