Description

You will work with enterprise customers to drive successful adoption of Leapwork's automation platform. Your role involves designing automation strategies, providing technical mentorship, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of test automation and Leapwork product
• Experience with enterprise customer engagement in technical pre- and post-sales
• Ability to perform requirement analysis, test strategy design, and estimation
• Skills in troubleshooting complex automation issues and resolving under SLA
• Experience creating knowledge base and training materials

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and propose automation solutions
• Perform test automation requirement analysis, strategy design, estimation, planning, and execution
• Collaborate with teams to translate architectural solutions into robust implementation
• Review automated test scripts and provide guidance on best practices
• Design and develop proofs-of-concept and provide architectural guidance
