💼 About This Role

You'll support day-to-day operations of the Setup Sessions program, keeping Notion systems accurate and running admin workflows. You'll streamline operations using Notion AI and agents to minimize repetitive work. This role is expected to commit 20 hours per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain core program ops databases for accuracy and consistency.
• Run screening, onboarding, and payout admin workflows.
• Build and iterate on AI-assisted workflows using Notion AI and agents.
• Document automations and operating procedures.

📋 Requirements

• Extremely detail-oriented with systems hygiene experience.
• Strong Notion proficiency, especially databases and relations.
• Demonstrated ability to improve and streamline operational systems.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted operations including Notion AI and agents.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with MCP or similar patterns.
• Experience with Notion permissions hygiene.
• Availability overlapping PST–EST working hours.
