You'll lead art direction and external studio partnerships for a AAA action RPG based on a world-renowned IP. You'll uphold visual quality, provide paintovers and feedback, and bridge art with in-engine execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Uphold and evolve the game's visual identity and tone.
• Partner with external studio to guide art quality.
• Perform paintovers and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with Tech Art, Design, and Production teams.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional game art experience.
• 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
• Experience on AAA action RPGs or fantasy titles.
• Proven collaboration with external studios.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with teams in China or multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with Unity pipelines.
• Mandarin proficiency.
