💼 About This Role

You'll lead Fixa's financial strategy and team as we scale across African markets. Your core impact is driving unit economics, cash flow clarity, and scalable financial systems for our platform serving informal and blue-collar workers. This role combines technical finance expertise with hands-on operational leadership in a high-growth fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Build and manage a high-performing finance team
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve financial systems
• Oversee financial reporting, investor updates, and board materials

📋 Requirements

• 8–9 years total experience
• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent)
• 2–5 years at a rapidly scaling fintech
• Experience building finance teams and implementing scalable systems
