You'll lead user experience design initiatives for one of several Technology teams at Jane Street, tackling complex internal and external software challenges. You'll conduct user research and translate findings into elegant design solutions that improve workflows across the firm. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct user research to understand workflows and pain points.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Professional portfolio demonstrating mastery of problem distillation.
• Ability to lead design projects from conception to launch.
• Comfort working with nebulous problem spaces and incomplete data.
