Description

You will own and continuously elevate the new hire experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, designing and executing scalable onboarding programs and a new monthly in-person orientation. You will partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure each new hire is thoughtfully integrated into their team, and serve as the connective tissue across Recruiting, HR, IT, Payroll, and other partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in onboarding, employee experience, HR operations, or people programs.
• Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end onboarding or lifecycle processes.
• Strong cross-functional partnership experience across HR, Recruiting, IT, Finance, and business leaders.
• HRIS/ATS experience required; Workday and Greenhouse preferred.
• Proven ability to build and manage structured, scalable processes.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Strong operational rigor and attention to detail.
• Track record of delivering high-touch employee experiences.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging feedback and data.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
• Low ego, high empathy.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience from offer acceptance through first weeks.
• Manage pre-boarding and onboarding logistics across Greenhouse and Workday.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for a seamless Day 1 experience.
• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to deliver tailored integration.
• Drive cross-functional coordination and operational excellence.
• Design and continuously improve onboarding programs.
• Deliver first-class experiences, including Day 1 sessions and quarterly welcome events.
• Use data to strengthen impact by managing onboarding survey insights.
