You'll collaborate with leadership of Star Pravah and Colors Marathi channels to enhance consumer value using data and strategic insights. You'll drive data-backed content and marketing strategies to shape business growth. This role offers exposure to a social media command center that mines consumer conversations for actionable insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze viewership and consumption data to derive content insights.
• Identify consumer trends and competitive landscape for content strategy.
• Monitor social media and brand sentiment for crisis escalation.
• Partner with stakeholders to co-create growth opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• MBA from Tier 1 institute preferred
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Marathi (reading, speaking)
• 2+ years of work experience
• Strong understanding of Maharashtra culture
