You'll lead a team building conversational AI agents for a top industry platform. You'll collaborate with enterprise customers to deploy agents that drive customer retention. This role offers the chance to shape a new London office from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and build of AI agents outperforming human agents
• Collaborate with enterprise customers on needs and pain points
• Partner with product, design and research to identify cross-customer trends
• Contribute to team strategy and define future of AI agents

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years engineering management experience
• 7+ years industry experience in software engineering
• Proficiency with Python, Typescript and asynchronous programming
• Comfort digging into systems failures within deep tech stacks
