You will own the planning and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and X, managing monthly budgets over $3M to drive customer acquisition and optimize for long-term value. You'll collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to test and scale strategies, translating performance into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience in data-driven paid social for B2C
  • Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager with a track record of scaling campaigns
  • Ownership experience managing $3M+ monthly budgets and accountability for CPA, CAC, LTV
  • Strong understanding of mobile acquisition measurement including MMPs and SKAdNetwork
  • Experience building and operationalizing creative testing pipelines
  • Ability to independently pull data, build reports, and communicate insights
