💼 About This Role

You'll lead proposal development for SBIR, OTA, and advanced R&D programs in the Defense and Intelligence Community. You will work directly with business development and technical leadership to shape winning submissions. This role focuses on building strong content over managing processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end proposal development across RFIs, RFPs, SBIRs, OTAs, and IDIQs
• Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and deliverable integration
• Drive storyboarding, win themes, and narrative consistency
• Lead proposal reviews with actionable improvement focus

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of federal proposal management experience
• Success leading winning proposals in Defense and/or Intelligence Community
• Experience with SBIR, OTA, or R&D-focused procurements
• Active Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred)

• APMP certification (Practitioner or Professional)
• Experience in AI/ML, autonomy, cyber, or ISR mission areas
• Familiarity with proposal tools (SharePoint, GovWin, Salesforce)
